What happens after you reach out
We call or text you back. Usually within one business hour during office hours. We answer your questions, including cost and insurance, and there is no pressure on that call.
You get matched and scheduled. We match you with the right counselor for what you need, at the office that is convenient for you, or online. Flexible appointment times are available.
Your first session. You both talk, your counselor listens and asks good questions, and together you set a direction. Most couples leave the first session with something to work with.

Questions couples ask us
My spouse is not sure about counseling. Can I come alone?
Yes. It is common for one partner to start first, and individual work on the relationship still helps the relationship. Many hesitant spouses join after the first few sessions, once it stops being an unknown.
How much does marriage counseling cost?
With insurance, your cost is your plan's copay or coinsurance, and we will verify it before your first session. Self-pay starts at $125 per session. Either way you will know the number up front.
How long does it take?
Every couple is different, and you are never locked in. Many couples work with us for roughly eight to twelve sessions. You and your counselor will set a rhythm, usually weekly at first, and adjust as things improve.
Is this faith-based counseling?
Only if you want it to be. Faith is woven in as much or as little as each couple wants, so couples who want it in the room get it taken seriously. Couples who prefer a fully secular approach get exactly that.
Do you offer counseling in Spanish?

Can we verify your licenses?
